Visited this place for the first time today! Sammy is an angel sent from god, haha! He took his time making sure I had the cut I wanted. I had a bad haircut about two months ago but he took things into his own hands and completely fixed it. A truly talented man.

Alex the barber is the real deal, he gave me the exact look I’ve been looking for, my wife got hair extensions done there too but one of the hair stylists, the barbershop has a hair salon area as well and we were both served at same time We moved to The Bx a couple of months ago and I’m happy I found a good barbershop in here, I still miss my barber from the south, but Alex made the transition easier

A total surprise as the men cutting the hair and styling were doing just as good as a job as the woman handling all of the Spanish speaking clients. My hair came out amazing and it was not as expensive as you would think for this type of salon. Very impressed and can’t wait to go back.

Critical: ProfessionalismI came on Monday Sept.13 to make a haircut ,I waited 30 mins beacaue the guy is busy.When its my turned I asked to make the hairwash and blow dry and haircut he refused and makes an alibi he had a still cutomers waiting for him, but no one was waiting for him.He has no customer service.

The barber I chose for my son and me is great. He cuts your hair just the way you want and like. Does not put in his 2 cents unless you ask him. The place has two sections. One for men and one for women. However, there isn’t much room to wait around for eather side. Note men side most speak Albanis and the women Spanish.

This place was originally good when I used to go, it was comfortable and nice with friendly staff, over the times I’ve been going they have been messing up the same haircut I’ve been asking them to do. Other barbers did the exact same haircut and nailed it, them on the other hand didn’t, they always mess it up so don’t go here
