This is my second visit here and let me tell you why. All the nail techs are super sweet and courteous and they do exactly what you ask them to. Today I got Lynn and she was awesome, very gentle but fast. They’re very clean, from lining the tubs with plastic to opening fresh sterile utensils. As long as they keep their cleanliness standards up I’m gonna continue coming back. Added bonus, Lynn has the hands of a goddess, her massage was on point.

So…. this my first time here. After reading other reviews I figured I would try it with my daughter. I was greeted with a smile and signed in my daughter was seated withing a few minutes and a bit later I was seated for a pedicure.

I would give it 0 stars if I could honestly. Although the process for my pedicure was lovely I noticed my toe next to my big toe is cut at an angle, it’s slightly noticeable until you focus which makes it more aggravating. My manicure is a different story, the woman doing it kept causing me pain and when I told her I was in pain she kind of just brushed it off. My manicure looks HORRIBLE!!! The gel manicure is see through, and a bumpy uneven texture throughout, and overlapping onto the sides of my nail. I try to run my fingers through my hair and it gets stuck by the jagged edges. Super upset with the result and will never be back in the foreseeable future because of this. Literally I feel like I’m a 8 year old and did this to myself! I don’t understand why it is so expensive and raising rates due to covid if I don’t get my money’s worth.

I took my mom today to have a nice ladies day out for pedicure s. She can’t walk very well and tends to have leg pain. The sweetest lady(sorry love but I forgot your name) took her time and tried to make her as comfortable as possible. I had a wonderful time as well. Our feet feel so much better. Thank you.

Pedicure was great no complains on that. The last two times I’ve gone they are in a rush and not taking their time. This time was very disappointing when they did 4 nails crooked. When I showed her she just wanted to file them a bit more that did nothing. She also used very cheap glue that burned my skin and when I told her she ignored me. When I went to complain they gave me a $15 gift certificate and wrote three tech names on there. The problem is they already know who this employee is because I wasn’t the only one that complained about this tech. Why not tell her and have her fix it so she doesn’t do it to the future consumers. Unfortunately I won’t even being using that I will not be returning they have lost my business.

I used to love this place years ago, but it’s really gone downhill. I went for a pedicure, and basically just got my nails messily painted. The lady trimmed my cuticles, but did them too far down and they were sore when I put on shoes the next day. She scrubbed my feet about 30 seconds each, no massage. I definitely would find elsewhere to go then spend my money here.

I’ve been going here since I moved to Moreno Valley years ago. I highly recommend Ivanna and Annie. They’re the best. I usually get pedicures and gel manicures which are always done very professionally. Friendly service with a smile.
