Critical: QualityMy best friend and I just got pedicures done there and our feet look and feel horrible. Usually after a pedicure you’re feet feel smooth and soft, ours do not. The lady doing mine chopped the heck out of my toenails, my feet physically hurt because of how she cut them. My best friend and I just got pedicures done there and our feet look and feel horrible. Usually after a pedicure you’re feet feel smooth and soft, ours do not. The lady doing mine chopped the heck out of my toenails, my feet physically hurt because of how she cut them. We asked for French tips on our toes instead of a solid color and I honestly have done a better job doing my own French tips in the past.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityTerrible experience. I brought my friend for her birthday to get acrylics. There was only a few people working and we were switching between women. One of the women cut me twice and my friend once. Then when she was filing down my acrylic and the nail snapped off. Then in the middle of painting my nails she whipped off her mask like we weren’t in a pandemic and it made me and my friend feel really unsafe. For my friend it was worse…… the women she had cut her 3 times. Then my friend had a very cute baby blue color and the women we had decided they didn’t like it so they changed the color without asking her and gave her an ugly green, teal color. Also in the middle of my friend’s manicure the women leaves whips off her mask and goes in the corner a takes a nap. (NOT EVEN EXAGGERATING). In the end it was overpriced and my friends nails were very lumpy and the next day she ended up taking her nails off anyway.Terrible experience. I brought my friend for her birthday to get acrylics. Terrible experience. I brought my friend for her birthday to get acrylics. There was only a few people working and we were switching between women. One of the women cut me twice and my friend once. Then when she was filing down my acrylic and the nail snapped off. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe woman doing my pedicure was extremely rough. She made me bleed not only once but twice after I asked her to be more gentle and she did it again. My toe bled for almost 20 minutes. That’s pretty scary if they are doing this to other people. This is how infections occur.
