I had an amazing experience with Eurocolor’s Regina. This was my first time using this salon, and I couldn’t have been happier. Regina is by far the most talented hair stylist I have come across. Not only is she incredible at what she does, but she is such a kindhearted and nice person to interact with. I struggle with feeling good about my hair, but Regina made me feel beautiful from the moment I got there. We worked with extensions to create a Hollywood glam look. She nailed it! This business is professional, clean, and beautiful. And their employees are fabulous. I am also going to be making an appointment with Eurocolor as soon as possible for my next hair endeavor.

I came in for the first time to get a color and a cut. I explained exactly that I needed my outgrown balayage retouched, possibly some lowlights put in and showed a picture of a nice blonde balayage. It seemed that the stylist understood what I wanted. I had an event to go to that evening so I asked to put in some loose waves. Without getting technical, I ended up with some freezy mess of a blow out and some orange spotty roots. I paid, went home and was extremely upset. My husband called the salon and talked to the receptionist who said she was in charge of the salon at the moment and explained my problem. The receptionist was insisting on me coming back in so they could fix it. I was hesitant because I didn’t have much confidence in the stylist’s skills any more and I knew that there was no way I could rebleach my hair twice in one day without damaging it more.My husband convinced me to go back after speaking to the receptionist multiple times. Eventually I came back to the salon just to walk in to a cold “Follow me” from the receptionist, who took me to the stylist. She offered to rebleach it which I declined ,and then to come back another day though she would not be there on saturday (which would be the only day I am able to make it due to working and running my business). And she finished by saying “Don’t be upset, it doesn’t look that bad”.
