I got a pedicure and manicure. Both nail was a different color but my pedicure and manicure matched. I loved it. They were diligent as they could be with the amount of people in the shop. I had to go back to get 2 nails fixed because I broke them over the holiday weekend and it was very quick! I will be coming back again and again for more pampering sessions.

I have been coming to Eureka nails for years and continually receive excellent care and service. Tina and Lee run an outstanding business of the highest caliber. They also kept us safe during the pandemic. I drive 40 min each way since I moved to University City. Kay is very talented and creative with designs. She does a fantastic job on my nails.

They did a great job! The only complaint was high price for a very quick service. I’ve been getting pedicures since I was a teenager and I was in and out in about 25 minutes. No real massage, I wasn’t offered a menu to pick anything extra, and it was over $45 with tip. I totally understand prices go up but I thought they could take a little more time for that much money. Great staff though !!

I have never wrote a review on a business before, so this says a lot about how upsetting my experience was. I have been coming to this nail salon for over a year now. My experience has varied drastically. There are times when my nails look great and are done very well. Some times the technicians are very kind and listen to what I prefer. However I have had many issues with the owner who I assume also answers the phone (because the terrible attitude and poor customer service is the same) I called a couple weeks ago to make appointments for my mom and I to get our nails done with the technicians we most prefer, I was told at that time that I could only make one appointment. I gave it to my mom to make sure she got her nails done by who she wanted and I settled for whoever I could get. I went with my mom, she got her nails done and they looked wonderful. I had a woman do mine who was very rude and every thing I requested seem to get me an eye roll…. it wasn’t anything big, simply can you do my cuticles or buff out the polish a bit. I left disappointed but figured I would call separately next time to get the service that I wanted and with whom I wanted. My mom called first a couple of days ahead and was able to make her appointment with the tech she wanted. I called from my phone 15 minutes after her and was told that I couldn’t make an appointment this far ahead and that I needed to call back the same day (which I have done before and been told that I should have called sooner). I proceeded to explain to the owner that my mom just made an appointment no problem and now I couldn’t make one for anyday of the week or anytime. She had nothing to say to me. I work in customer service and I certainly wouldn’t feel fulfilled with myself or the service I am providing if that is how I treated my customers. I will not be coming back here and that’s a shame because I really did appreciate the talented technicians.

Ask for Kay. Best dip nails I’ve ever gotten. They stay perfect for 3 weeks until I need to go back due to grow out. Amazing work and it is fast (but not rushed).
