The stylist was very nice and sweet but she didn’t take any time to ask me what brought me in or find out what my goal was for the treatment. I came in for a scalp treatment, unfortunately they couldn’t find a product needed so I had to wait 20 minutes to be brought back. The scalp massage was good but it was very very short maybe 2 minutes which seemed short for a scalp treatment. We then went to the sink and she shampooed and then put the treatment in. She asked if I wanted my phone which was nice but a hand massage would have been a nice extra touch for the 7 minutes the treatment had to sit. After she rinsed we went back to the chair but I noticed a lot of product left along my hairline so I asked to go back to rinse that. She rinsed again but it still felt like there was product in my hair. She blow dried my hair maybe 20% before sectioning to round brush which caused it to take about 45 minutes because my hair was still really wet. The end result was very flat almost like a straightener was used, my curtain bangs were just flat and straight. I asked her to round brush them backward (this is how you style bangs but she didn’t know that) but at that point they were already so dry and straight it didn’t do anything. The only product used on my wet hair was an oil. After talking with the woman up front she offered to re do my hair because she could see it didn’t have any movement or bounce and my bangs weren’t styled at all. I didn’t have time today so I declined but I am really disappointed in the treatment. For the price I ended up with flat heavy hair and my scalp is more itchy than when I started because it wasn’t rinsed properly. I don’t blame the stylist at all she seems fresh out of school, really her employer should be training her before she’s on the floor giving $85 treatments.

I absolutely loved it here. The girl I had was wonderful. I was able to talk with her freely and it never ended up feeling awkward. The tea there is really good, not bitter but not sweet. I never had a pedicure done before, but my experience here was good enough to hopefully make this a regular. Pedicure

My hair didn’t turn out at all how I expected or really wanted. I showed her a picture of what I had done at Euphoria last time and it doesn’t match at all. I thought I’d get used to it but it’s been a day and I still don’t really like it. I told her I didn’t want more highlights just to refresh the ones I had but there’s a lot more, I didn’t want to erase my natural brown. I wanted a caramel color for the highlights and it’s vanilla. Went from a warm tone look to a cool almost ashy look. I was quoted 2-2.5 hours and it took 4.5. I was late to work and wound up not getting the eyebrow wax I asked for.

I haven’t had a haircut in over 3 years and decided to go in for one while I was at the mall. It was the most relaxing hour ever! I’m almost 9 months pregnant and it felt sooo nice to get a scalp massage and just get pampered. I had at least 7 inches cut off (my hair was past my bum) and layers put in. Natalie did such a great job, better than I thought anyone could do with such damaged hair as mine! I can’t rave enough about how I love my new haircut and how she styled it. I would recommend her again and again!

Amazing! Gordon is friendly, honest and has so many great ideas. He is willing to teach you tricks of the trade while he shows you. He is very experienced. He listens and communicates back. The conversations are always fun. He is so easy to get along with. When the appointment is over I always leave with a smile on my face and 50 selfies on my phone. As someone who doesn’t feel pretty all the time…I promise when I say I feel BEAUTIFUL every time I leave. My confidence soars after seeing Gordon. I recommend Gordon to anyone and everyone!
