This is the first time I’ve gotten my nails done here. I asked for a full GelX set and a pedicure. I chose the deluxe pedicure it was amazing. Probably one of the best pedicures I’ve got in years, definitely worth the $60. I also got a full set of Gel X and although I did have an issue the first time around. I was able to speak with V on the following business day. She offered me to come in and get my nails fixed however when I arrived the and the staff when above and beyond with their customer service. V insisted on fixing all my set, which I was really surprised by and not expecting at all. She and the staff made me feel comfortable. Also was given a gift certificate, which I tried to refuse because I felt like they had already did enough however V insisted. I am super happy that We were able to work it out and will definitely be return here.

Every time I come here I make an appointment for my daughter and me and every time they only want to do one at a time making one of us wait while other people come in in pairs with no appointment and not only do they take them immediately but they also sit them together so they can talk. Today was the last straw I will not be coming back here red Persimmon nails is always nice and very professional I will just go there for now

Horrible experience! First and last time going there. The tech kept filing down my nails with the drill, even after I asked for her to stop. She kept going and it was very painful. Currently, I’m trying to grow them out now and my nails are breaking because of how much she filed down.

Some what disappointed for a 4.1 rated nail salon. My nails didn’t come out as I expected and they were kinda on the pricer side.Nails have a lot of bubbles, they don’t have a smooth surface. Just over all very disappointed.
