I had made an online appointment a month in advance for a wedding I was attending. Keep in mind this online appointment was made through their own website! I get a confirmation email after making my appointment and get follow up emails about my appointment up to an hour before my scheduled time. I go into the store at my scheduled time and am turned away because they don’t take online reservations.

I’ve been to Euphoria two other times before today and I’ve had “alright” service. But today took the cake, my friend had set up appointments for full sets for each of us this afternoon. We arrived on time and were put with two nail technicians that I’ve seen there both times I’ve been at the salon. My tech seemed to be nice at first, but after very little conversation began to come off as degrading. I was told that I have “lots of acne”. I did come to the salon without make up on, but why is it okay for someone to point out a flaw in another that is completely irrelevant to the service being performed? I decided to let bygones be bygones and I still tipped her $5, which for a $28 service I think that’s pretty nice (also being a college kid). After I gave her the receipt that had my tip printed on it, she points to my tip and say “good job!” as if I didn’t understand how to tip. I was planning on just letting this whole thing go, but it really bothered me that someone took time out of their day to try and make me feel bad about myself. I spoke to the manager who gave me a $5 credit off of my next visit and what appeared to be a stern conversation with the tech, but I’m still pretty disappointed. The nails look alright but after such bad service I really wish they would have just refunded the money. Can’t win them all I suppose!

I went back!!! I was really upset the last 2x I visited and couldn’t get my nails done even 3 hours before closing! Well I went early in the morning and maaaaaaaan! It was AMAZING!!! The woman Kelly was SO NICE! Love her! And the own woman is very amazing!!!! for sure will return before graduation! And my nails have been done 2 weeks pretty long and no breaks!

They fit me in pretty quick the last time I went. Also my nails stayed on for four weeks before I had to go and have them removed. I have never had nails stay on longer than two weeks so very good quality.

Made an appointment for a full set and they turned me away when I said I wanted an ombré because they didn’t have enough time. Poor customer service. I also had to wait 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start.

They are a bad business owners, hung up the phone on me twice. They are over priced. Lost 4 nails that wasn’t sealed properly. Got an infection. Hopefully they will thrive to be more considerate of the people that keep their business open.
