Critical: QualityI arrived at the salon around 5:30o receive a pedicure with gel polish and dip powder nails. Nice looking salon, but the technicians were not very friendly and seemed perplexed that I wanted the services that I requested but rushed me into soaking off the powder (with a teaspoon of acetone) in a bowl that would only fit one hand at a time while they rushed through other pedicures. This should have been my cue to leave but because I’m in the service industry (salon owner for many years) I sat patiently. It got worse the further I got into the service. No solution in the cold water to soak my feet until I asked for it. No cuticle remover, no foot massage just rubbing may leg. Polish did turn out nice on toes, but the dip with tips look like square orange road signs,and then she had the nerve to add 5.00 at the end. When I asked what the charge was for, she said my nails were kind of long. Be clear, it wasn’t the price, I can live with the shape of the nails but the rude, unwelcome environment and adding on just to run up the ticket I can do without. Too many other salons in this plaza to put up with horrible service. Someone else will get my business. I arrived at the salon around 5:30o receive a pedicure with gel polish and dip powder nails. Nice looking salon, but the technicians were not very friendly and seemed perplexed that I wanted the services that I requested but rushed me into soaking off the powder (with a teaspoon of acetone) in a bowl that would only fit one hand at a time while they rushed through other pedicures.
