I went in to get a pedicure and as I am sitting waiting another lady comes in maybe 10 to 15 minutes after I did, she asked how long was the wait, sat down for about 10 seconds and was motioned to come to the back, clearly she did not have an appointment. I sat there for about 10 more minutes waiting to see if anyone was going to correct this wrong; noone did so I left and sad to say for way that was handled I will never go back again. Not to mention I have been going to this place since September of 2019 because I loved their service.

I went here on Tuesday to you have a manicure and gel paint. The gel paint came off that evening on my middle finger and my thumb. I went back on Wednesday morning and let them know that I needed it fixed and that it wasn’t my fault but there was so many people there they told me I needed to wait so I waited a while but then left. Came home and last night, noticed that all of white tip was off of another middle finger. I have not even washed dishes! I have gone to other nail salons and the gel paint has lasted two weeks without being chipped. I don’t know what has gone on with this but they are either using inferior products or not doing it right. I will be going back there this morning at some point to try and get this fixed. I feel they should give me a refund and let me go elsewhere.
