Great job and I love my hair… Wish I would taken a before and after shot… Brianna was great.. she went over and above for me.. it was my first time there and what was scheduled wasn’t what I ended up getting which put her behind and I apologized to her customers I made wait but she handled it like the pro she is. Kinsey has been wonderful at hair and nails for as long as I can remember. Now that she’s certified and working in a salon her skills have drastically improved from when we were younger and just playing around. I visited Kinsey to have my hair changed from a super dark brown to a beautiful dirty blonde. She was very diligent, and it turned out amazing. She helped to make me feel like myself again. Not only is Kinsey a very talented stylist, but she was kind enough to book only me for the day so that she could take her time and not have to be rushed. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and spends time talking with you. Kinsey is wonderful, and I’m lucky to have a friend who is so amazing at her job! From now on, no one else is touching my hair, only Kinsey.

My experience at Euphoria was absolutely great! My stylist was Kinsey, she knew I was nervous because it was the first time I was getting high lights. She took her time and really made me feel comfortable, I couldn’t be happier with the results! Thanks Kinsey I’ll be seeing you soon for more high lights!

My fiancee and I were looking for a good place to get our hair colored for our wedding coming up in a few weeks. We found a groupon deal that was a very reasonable price so we set apts up and even called to confirm. We were told BY THE SALON that we should not purchase the Groupon and that all we had to do was show them the Groupon and they will honor it so that they get the money directly and not have to go through the Groupon site. My GPS took me too the wrong place not once but TWICE so the salon is not easy to find. I was late to my apt because of this and then when I got there I was told that the Groupon was only for a root touch up and not a full color even though we made it very clear on the phone that we wanted full color. She wanted me to pay $40 more than what was quoted! The stylist was very rude and unprofessional, couldn’t even smile once and she mumbled the whole time. I didn’t feel that they wanted my business and I was very happy to take it elsewhere! I am not the type who wants to be treated like royalty but being treated like a valued customer would have been nice. Just some advice Euphoria, customer service is the only thing that will keep your business alive.

Found this salon via Groupon. I liked my stylist – hours & price reasonable – cute place & easy to find. However, my stylist left & the owner never called to tell me nor to reschedule my appointment. I only found out when I arrived for my appointment I had made 2 months in advance and the salon was closed due to the weather, yet no one called to inform me that the salon would be closed and my appointment needed to be rescheduled.
