Horrible service! So unsatisfied! Paid $61. A guy did my nails this morning. He left acrylic, glue, and gel on my fingers. Nails put on crooked. Asked for coffin shape & he just thinned them out. Flat, no curve, no style. And some way longer than other! I showed him a picture upon arrival of what I wanted. Once done & ready to do design, he wanted to add his own glitter! I did NOT ask for glitter! He said because what I wanted they didn’t have AND either way that finish was too rough and was going to scratch me! Im so upset! $61 down the drain!!!

BEWARE….Yikes!!!!! Ouch!!!! The ladies were all very nice, but my goodness what a bad experience!!! My big toe is hurting days after getting a gel nail pedicure and looks infected! I think they dug to deep when manicuring my toes! : ( Then my middle finger got even worse treatment when getting a manicure so bad it took a chunk out of my nail and cuticle area I couldn’t even get gel nails. They were trying to proceed, but the bleeding wouldn’t stop so I insisted not to go ahead with gel nails. Very surprised by what happened. Thought maybe everyone should be warned!!!

Wonderful nail spa. We were able to get right in, without an appointment on a Friday! That’s almost unheard of. The chairs are super relaxing and the service was friendly and skillful (I loved the shape and design of my nails!) My favorite is the Fire and Ice pedicure…..leaves my legs feeling refreshed and relaxed. Will definitely be back when I need some pampering.

Walked in on a Sunday, no appointments, and was able to get mine and my daughters nails done and pedicures within 1 hour!! They did such a great job, we will definitely be back! I highly recommend this salon.

Horrible experience! Tried to set up an appointment several times with the front counter, a male and female. Both times each person told me no. I went against my gut instincts and did a walk in on Saturday, July 9 at 5. I was told to go to station 1 and to sit down. An employee by the name of Leon did my gel fill. I recognized him from the nail salon, Persimmon across the street by Home Depot..I confirmed it was him. He blamed me for smudges on my right thumb and the middle finger on my left hand. He then proceeded to file both of the naila and touch them up. They look nasty! I went to this salon as I was wanting to establish a new place to go as my prior manicurist had moved out of state. I am really going to miss her. This salon charged me $49.00, what a rip off!! I shouldn’t have given him a tip. Leon seemed to be in a hurry and not very friendly. I have no problem paying for services but don’t do a whack job like this!! It was very unprofessional. I was getting my nails done every 2 weeks. I will NEVER go back to this place!!! Let it be a lesson learned.

Brought my daughter here to get her nails done for her wedding and left very disappointed. I have been here a few times before and was happy but this time was different. The nails came out thick and were nothing like she asked for. We came back the next day to get them done the way she wanted and was met with a rude unhelpful person at the front desk. Ultimately walked away and went somewhere else where they fixed them and we left happy. What a waste of $62.00, I will never go back!!!

For the price you are paying your not getting the service or work for it. Over priced! My Toe nails came out pretty bad and Cuts all over my feet. She even missed my pinky toe. My full set was over priced and really messed up. 2 days later and already starting to detach. She just wanted to get it done fast but not correctly. I’ll never go back.

I have been coming here for many years. I am a very good tipper. However, the last couple of times I brought my 6 yr old granddaughter and it was obvious they felt I was wasting their time, even though I pay and tip for her as well. Today I was told the wait was an hour and they don’t take reservations. I flat out told them they were lying. I wouldn’t say any more in front of my granddaughter, but I knew it was because they didn’t want her taking up one of they’re chairs. SHAME ON THEM. Now I need to find another nail place, not to mention the disappointment of a child.
