Would never use this salon again. I took my daughter here to get a pixie cut and showed a photo of what I wanted. Throughout the cut I had to ask repeatedly for her hair to be faded up from the bottom and sides long AFTER MY DAUGHTER HAD CALMED DOWN AND WAS SITTING STILL. She refused to fade and just kept texturizing with shears or trimming at a 4 and not a close fade at all. At the end, I went to pay, I calmly asked if someone else was available to fix her fade later that day. She brought the manager out with 2 or 3 other stylists who all tried to argue with me at once would not listen that I just wanted her fade fixed LATER. They ALL took an attitude with me and proceeded to argue and talk over me. I now have to take my daughter somewhere else to get a proper fade…

My hair was done by a nice lady Q , she is such a beautiful spirit! Nice lady and tried to help me. I went to get my roots touched up with highlights and color. My grays were showing badly. So i needed it. I just moved here from California and we do hair differently there. No add pjs per bowl etc. anyway, in the end, I thot it didn’t look too bad at the salon, so I didn’t complain. But I paid over $250 for this touch up. And that’s how much i usually pay for full hair color and highlights. And I got home my son took photo of back of my hair and I saw how blotchy it was color uneven looked bad. It’s like highlights were not even matched up etc. But I’m stuck with it now. Sorry I didn’t get to finish my review. Again not too happy with results but I am happy with the lady who helped me because she was super nice so I don’t wish anyone Ill will just wish my hair turned out differently. Best of luck to everyone there tho.

I’m so disappointed with this salon. This was the second time I went to get my hair done. First time I had a bad experience and hated my hair but I decided to give them a second chance because there was no other salon near me. I went in to get full highlights. She didn’t even bring the highlights all the way down it’s half way and it stops. The color is also not what I asked for but I had way too much anxiety to tell them I didn’t like it. I paid $265. The color she left me with was silver and brown. Looks like I have gray hairs growing out instead of highlights. It sucks.

I first want to say that the women who did my hair was very nice. I also want to say that I do like my haircut and my color. I had booked online and it said the price was $140 starting price for a cut and color. I knew it would cost more than the $140 because I had long hair. What I did not expect is for it to cost double that! It was $282.88 for just a cut and color. I have only ever paid that much before when I was getting a full highlight and haircut. I really enjoyed my time there until the shock at the end with the price. I wish the stylist would have given me an estimate because after tip it was $336 and I was not expecting that.

Had a great experience! My hair looks great ! But when I went to pay , they said they did a good hair cut so I was going to pay $65. I was never told that they change the price of a woman’s haircut based off of length and how good of a job they do. The website and the pamphlet they have says $35 and doesn’t state that they have different levels. They said this isn’t a great clips hair cut. I apologized and said I was sorry but I couldn’t pay that. When I scheduled my appointment I asked for someone that can do long curly hair and they said oh yes ! But they never at any time said that it was a different price. just beware that you will not be paying the posted price….

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! My daughter was quoted a price for a hair cut and was charged $20.00 more than the price quoted! Outrageous! Her “cut” consisted of trimming her split ends. She didn’t get it styled or blown out. When questioned about the price difference, it was confirmed the originally quoted price was correct then she quickly added she charged more for the thickness of the hair. Her hair is not thick. My recommendation is to find a salon that is reputable and not some scam ripping people off! Don’t go to this salon!

I have been going to Eunice Hair Salon for over 3 years, and from my experiences they have never let me down. Maria is always my go to, because she is always there to listen to my needs, but all the girls are just as good and kind. It is also a Spanish speaking friendly environment.

I have been going to Alba for a couple of years and have always had a fantastic experience. She listens to what you want and takes the time to do it right! i definitely don’t come on here wanting to leave bad reviews especially for small businesses. but after reading a lot of the reviews i was hoping to get a different experience. would be nice if you communicate with your customers when you change their appointments around. understandable that things happen but when people go out of their way to drive to your salon it’s disappointing to be told your appointment was moved. hope the best for you guys but definitely don’t want to come back just to get my appointment cancelled. 🙂
