Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe lady that did my hair took FOREVER and it wasn’t suppose to be that long. I went to her a few time and I would make appointments and she would still have me wait and would do other people’s hair. Then when she would be doing my hair she would be talking on the phone or watching TV and being completely distracted. Another time I went I asked her if she could bleach my hair and she said that I wouldn’t be able to handle it and told me no. The lady that did my hair took FOREVER and it wasn’t suppose to be that long. I went to her a few time and I would make appointments and she would still have me wait and would do other people’s hair. Honestly, they do a decent job. But for some odd reasons different skin color will receive different treatment. Longer wait time, gossiping, you can feeling the discomfort.

My mom and I went in to go get our eyebrows done, and let me just tell you, IT WAS THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT EVER. I’m pretty sure the lady that did them didn’t know what she was doing. Waxing is usually supposed to leave your eyebrows clean, (as you can see in the 2nd pic, it was not clean at all.) She left hairs every where it was unfinished and she still had the audacity to charge us $32 for absolute trash.

Went to get my hair done and the lady burned my scalp I wanted gray in front of my hair and in th back it’s came out yellow and pink gray in the back the front is so Fried With yellow and gray I have 3 sores on top of my head . Not happy with the service I was there for 7 hr.

I was there for my haircut, and they told me to wait five minutes, I been waiting for them to more than 20 minutes, but they never get ready for me , they keep cutting hairs people who come behind me, and it get hurt my feelings and I leave.
