Relaxing, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. I made a same-day appointment for myself and grandma. I was seen right away for my pedicure, my grandma waited a few minutes for her gel-manicure. I also got full-set with design. We did not feel rushed at all, i feel like the team takes their time and i love their appointment system. My grandma felt comfortable and said the team was very nice so she wants to come back. I suggest bringing a magazine in case you end up waiting longer and dont want to drain your phone charge.

I loved the pedicures I received. I had 1 experience in which I was overcharged and another I which I didn’t get the service I paid for. They don’t track the refund amount for the next service and I had to ask. My gel started to chip after 2-3 days. I reached out at day 10 and was told it couldn’t be fixed for free but admitted it could have been an error on the part of the person who did it. I have liked it. That said it is kind of expensive and am now looking for another place

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityIt was my first time trying this place.I got a full acrylic set done, and they looked great up until the next day, my fingers were starting to itch. It was like a burning sensation. I didn’t think it had anything to do with my nails. After a couple of days, the itching continues right on the tip of my nails. Because my acrylic nail was long I couldn’t see underneath it to see if it was the nail causing the itchy ness.After so much pain, I decided to take the nails off to see what was happening underneath my nail. When I took off the first nail, I was shocked at how my finger looked. Not only did it look like fungus but it was numb!! I immediately messaged the shop on ig, and they couldn’t even get me a refund. Please be careful. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating.. the nail techs are amazing. Can pretty much do any design at your request. If you follow them on Instagram they constantly update if they have any appointments and what they can accommodate based on the timeframe. The place is clean. Atmosphere is relaxing. I have been to this establishment twice and both times the nail polish looked very lumpy and uneven. During my first visit the girl took her time and thoroughly cleaned my feet. I thought maybe the first time was just a bad experience which is why I decided to go again.However the second time the lady was rushing through the entire appointment. She didn’t clean my feet as much and she rushed with the nail polish and its probably why it came out so uneven. I payed $50 for a gel pedicure (classic) and it looks like regular nail polish. Unfortunately the nail polish started chipping one week after I got them done. It is a beautiful salon but i think it is overpriced for the quality.

The service wasn’t that great and pricey, just got pedicure so can’t speak on nail design. The place is cute and clean which I like and respect. They give you complimentary wine or champagne that’s actually cold nice touch.
