This was my first time gong there and I’ll be sure to go back auntie did a great job. They have great rates and a great environment here. this a pic on the left of her work this wasn’t Took at the shop I was at work. Edited Sept 2022 the 2nd picture I recently added I am still going here to the ship and I will continue to be a faithful customer to here business. Her business is also kid friendly I just wanted to come back and give e her another review because her and her staff definitely deserve the recognition.

Totally unprofessional. Can’t separate business from personal affairs. Likes to gossip about customers personal affairs I’ve been a customer for 6 years supporting this business my four and five year old daughters to get their hair done. The quality of work is terrible the price for my daughters hair cost the same as an adult. Won’t be doing business with them anymore.

I needed an immediate appointment after my regular salon was full & Etta’s was available. I went in and was seated instantly. I showed the style I was interested in & the price given was ridiculously overpriced so I selected a different style. I was still unhappy with the price but stayed anyway. I wanted 5 feedin braids. The stylist’s baby began crying, so she straped the baby to her back!!! My braids were sloppy, not braided all they to the back of my head, loose, just a mess! I went back 3 days later for it to be fixed and once again i was disappointed! Never again!

First time here and was very satisfied with their service . The person who did my daughters hair was very professional she took her time and blow dry my daughters hair out and also took her time braiding it neatly other than the other place that we had went to earlier that day they didn’t know what they were doing and I had to leave…. happy customer!

The bad reviews are TRUE…my daughter came here unfortunately A LONG TIME AGO and let me tell you I had to show some serious restraint Etta is very disrespectful she needs to be careful taking about people kids because that’s a NO NO ….my daughter’s soft beautiful hair came out and then on top of that she had me buy hair products as well as pay for the braids she’s cheap and rude I’m surprised she’s still open….STAY AWAY FROM HERE..
