I took my sister here for a massage and facial. I had the deep tissue with a facial and my sister had the Fusion massage with a facial. I fell asleep because the massage was that good and there’s a nice area with a fire and waterfall where we could hang out and relax even more with a freshly made cappuccino after our massage.

I have been coming here for years for all services (hair, nails, facials, and massages). I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees or service. I have had Paolo do my hair and nails. Marifran has done my nails and spa treatments. I’ve been to Katie as well for a gel manicure and pedicure. It is always a relaxing experience. Paola and company go out of their way to ensure that you as the customer are comfortable and are enjoying your service. I have recommended and brought friends and family to Ethereal.

Customer service/ receptionist is outstanding. Paola was great. I went for a single process and haircut. I even got a head massage at the wash station! So serene. Owner only cares about making money not quality of work. Came in for three services and I can honestly say nails and hair were the worse! Girl who did my nails tried to talk me out of Gel Manicure saying it’s “not healthy” when I said I wanted it anyway she totally botched it, what she should have said is, “ I don’t know how!” Hair cut by Paula was choppy layers and short, no sense of fashionn…had to go somewhere else to fix. This was a total thumbs down!!!

Today was my first visit to Ethereal. I’ve been searching for a 5 star spa since moving to the area years ago. I opted for the Signature Facial with Paola. This was, by far, the best facial I have ever had. Period. My skin is GLOWING! Paola was able to lighten my stubborn sunspots more effectively then my IPL treatments! Now, I’m sure the IPL did it’s job, but this facial took it to another level! I’m planning on purchasing a series to pamper my skin through the winter. I’m really looking forward to trying their body treatments and massages! Don’t walk, RUN to this spa! You can thank me later… ☺️

My experience at Ethereal was such an enjoyable one. Not only was the entire staff friendly and welcoming, but the atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant. My hair dresser, Ingrid, did a fantastic job on my hair. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about all hair types, but she is also professional, kind, and gentle. She gave me wonderful advice for my style’s upkeep as well as other service recommendations. Thank you, Ingrid! I am already looking forward to my next appointment.
