I would not recommend this place and I definitely will not be returning. I asked the hair stylist to do what I always ask every hair stylist I have ever went to, to do. I asked her to layer my hair because it’s so thick and hard to get through and just cut it short enough, to cut off the dead ends. She argued with me and said the product I was using was why my hair was so difficult to get through. I told her I had only put the product in my hair just yesterday and it was to help get through my hair because it was so difficult, and had been for many months. She had attitude in her face and basically rolled her eyes. I didn’t realize that meant she wasn’t going to do what I asked. She cut my hair way shorter than what it needed to be,and did not layer my hair And now I still have to fight with my hair every day. I hate this place a little bit more everyday because of it. Every time I have got a haircut before this my hair has been way easier to get through and way easier to manage but now I’ve wasted my time and money on a place that did not listen to what I wanted.

Company I worked for just closed down. I was going to talk to someone about a job an thought I should get my hair trimmed up a little. My wife an daughter go here all the time an love it. So I went. The associated that did my hair was real nice an did a EXCELLENT Job! I went to talk to company about work they offered me the job. DN my wife has been going with them since they were in J.C PENNY’S. Been awhile an my wife always rants an raves on how good they do an she won’t go any where else!

I told her I wanted to blend some of the gray hair strands. She described what options there were and I was very pleased with how the highlights came out.

Best nail salon in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Usually able to do walk ins but I do recommend scheduling an appointment (pre/post pandemic). Last time I went, we had to take our temperatures and the store was very sanitary and safe.
