I normally live by the standard of if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all, but I had to go to urgent care because both of my big toes are massively infected. I saw Michelle for a pedicure and in my lifetime of pedicures, I’ve never been in so much pain. Avoid at all costs.

I usually come here to get my nails done, usually the nails are good but the last few times I’ve gone they rush the entire thing even when there’s hardly any other customers in side, which I hate because that means my nails usually get messed up such as uneven nails off set nails, finding acrylic under my nails that hurts like hell and I can’t get off easily and as well as making my cuticles cut and bleed, they don’t even take any time to properly shape the natural nail bed before putting on the acrylic. This last time I called and made an appointment, went there they forgot about me made another appointment in person. And they don’t even bother taking down names and phone numbers with the appointment which makes no sense to me

I have had to stop going to Ethan‘s VIP nails. They use electric files to take off your gel nail polish. They use to do a light filing with one of those electric files and then wrap your nails and then they use another electric file to remove the rest of the polish. The last time I went they did not wrap my nails at all they used the light file then they used the heavy duty electric file to takeoff the rest of the polish. My nails have gotten so thin that they keep breaking.

Today was my 1st visit her and I have to say it is absolutely Amazing. I love the decor,the vibe, & the friendly staff. I was greeted at the front door by the manager Kenny and was assisted right away. My pedicure was so relaxing and my feet still feel like I am walking on clouds. My nauls were done by Kenny and I LOVE THEM he knew what my nail type was and made my nails feel and look natural. I will be back for sure. This is my new nail spa.
