I had 2 sessions of CoolSculpting (Aug & Dec 2020) for my abdomen at Eternal Medical Spa. Leena the CoolSculpting Specialist that performed Cool Sculpturing was so awesome! She describes every step she takes so you stay informed throughout the procedure and she welcomes questions. I appreciated that education . Leena is very professional, informative and friendly. I immediately felt so comfortable with her. It was such a relaxing experience. The Spa has a great modern feel to it. On top of a great pampering experience, I totally see a nice difference in my abdomen area already. It is flatter and it’s still improving as final results may take 3 months to see. I highly recommend Eternal Medical Spa. Also the price was very competitive. You 100% can’t find a better quality Spa at this value in NJ. Soon as you walk into door you’ll know right away your at the right place. Coolsculpting and EMsculpt helped me loss that stubborn belly fat that just seems impossible to get rid of in the gym. The staff is like no other, they immediately greeted with me with a smile. The experience was so nice even the consultation was FREE! My wife and I both noticed results quickly and the weight just continued to come right off. I rarely recommend or write up reviews but this place is AMAZING.

First, this spa is lucky to have an incredible artist working for them. She is the reason I went back 6 times. Unfortunately, each time the “owners sister” said, “ don’t buy a Groupon, we’ll honor it for you” if you read reviews on Groupon, you’ll find the same report from others. Upon my sixth appt in two years, I waited nearly and hour past my appointment time when I was finally put into a treatment room. I then waiting another twenty minutes in the treatment room before I went back to reception and said I had to get to work. Reception said oh she will be right in. At this point I said “ok, maybe I should pay now, so I can hustle right after” I paid. The rate is always, always the same. I paid. Went back into the room and sweated for another ten minutes when reception came in and said, “ Oh, I just noticed I charged you the Groupon rate so I just need another $80. I was dumbfounded. If someone had mentioned it when I made my appointment, fine. If someone had mentioned it when I checked in fine, if someone mentioned it after I waited an hour sort of but really not fine and when someone mentioned it after an hour and a half to a client who has been coming for two years. Nope. Bad business. I asked the lovely receptionist(she is asked to do the dirty doc’s bidding) she said the woman that promised me was sort of the manager but not really but the owner’s sister so… yeah there’s some drama and I don’t want it all over my face. You’re better going to Body Factory in one of their NYC locations the price is always the same and there is no crazy upsell.

As soon as I walked in I felt a great friendly vibe where I almost felt at home. During my coolsculpting treatment which freezes the fat, I watched a movie. I will be back for the Emsculpt treatment in a month. It builds muscle and burns fat. Both treatments are safe and fda cleared. Definitely recommended. If I could give more stars I would!
