Dr. Rodney and her staff are friendly and professional from when you are registered until you check out. The office is clean, and her team is efficient. Dr. Rodney is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the treatment she is providing, and before she leaves the room, she asks if you have any questions. The wait time is average, and if she is running behind, which providers sometimes do, her staff informs you. One week after my visit, I received a phone call from her office asking how I was doing with my treatment and did I have any questions. I highly recommend Eternal Dermatology.

My family and I all go to Dr. Ife Rodney and continue to be impressed by her range of expertise and skill, ability to communicate effectively and her focus on providing a really high level of care. Added to this she is pleasant and warm so the visits are actually something to look forward to. The Eternal Dermatology office is impeccable and modern with staff that is super well-trained and attentive. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Kind of of similar to some of the other comments, I’ve also felt a rushed welcome during my first visit with Dr. Rodney after a long wait. During my second visit, I saw Dr. Payne while she was amazing, welcoming, and patient! Great center, I must of caught them during a busy day within my first visit. Like many, I expected a more welcoming visit for the first time and decided to give it another shot and I’m completely satisfied.

This was my second visit, this time I met with PA Harrison, I wasn’t sure why I wasn’t met by the previous doctor I saw but any how, I absolutely enjoyed PA Harrison. She is very personable and patient. She didn’t come off like she knew everything, and I felt like she was actually listening when I spoke. It did not feel like she was trying to rush me out the door at all. She even took time to scan products I’m already using to confirm weather they were ok for my skin. She also helped me formulate a new routine, that should provide maximum results. Can’t wait until my next visit!

I was recommended and have been going to Dr. Rodney for about 2 years with no problem. She’s amazing and very effective with assessing my dermotology needs. I had to see a different physician my last two visits and I have not gotten much progress. I just called and asked to get back on Dr. Rodney’s schedule and I was told that Dr. Rodney is no longer seeing patients, but she can briefly pop in the room. Unfortunately I canceled my appointment and currently in need of a dermatologist

I had an outstanding experience with Se. Rodney. She was patient and kind and I felt like she understood how I feel about my skin. At my most recent visit, I had some Botox done to my forehead, as well as a chemical peel for some dark spots on my cheeks. I’ve already started to get comments from my friends.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Rodney for the last 7 months and the results have been amazing!! Just 2 weeks after my first treatment, I knew she was a winner. It’s been over 20 years of dealing with acne and 2022 is the first time I’ve been this confident wearing my bare skin. Also, her products are inexpensive yet quite effective.
