A friend recommended this salon to me. At first, I was very happy with the service. The technicians take their time with your nails.I spent 2 1/2 hours in the salon for a mani and pedi. I was excited to see the results since the technician was not rushing.

Love love love my nails! I made an appointment a day before, and they were able to fit me in. Michelle did my nails and she was the best, she’s so sweet and it was really nice taking to her. She took her time with my nails, and made sure everything looked great. She was also gentle with my nails which I really appreciated since doing acrylics does take a toll on your natural nails. Originally I was going to do regular polish, but I changed my mind last minute, and she was so understanding and let me switch to gel. Towards the end of my appointment, a lot more of their regulars came in, and it was really heart warming and refreshing to see the customer and employees remember each other’s names and genuinely care about another. This place must be doing something right to have their customers genuinely love coming back!

I originally posted my dissatisfaction with services I received. Less than 24 hours after reading my review, the salon owner reached out to me. She was genuinely concerned regarding the issue. She immediately granted me a refund, I did not have to ask. The issue I experienced was a rare occurrence. I commend her for her commitment to provide quality services in addition to her focus on customer service . Business owners often disregard that problem resolution is the key to client retention. Thankfully for me, she gets it and demonstrated that in an exemplary manner. I will continue to use their services.

I have been to many salons in the DMV and I have to say that this one is great! I can go three weeks between fills, a month between pedicures and I have not lost a nail yet. My nails are always done to perfection without anything lost because they are in a rush to get to the next client. They go the extra mile and make sure that each clients special needs are accommodated even if that means that they stay open later than their advertised hours! I. Will highly recommend this salon!
