Positive: QualityI have used Candice for over 5 yrs and will only let her touch my hair. She does amazing work and I get compliments daily on my hair. Her natural colors are beautiful and her creativity with the vivid colors are awesome. I go in with a few ideas and let her have free rein knowing it will look amazing when I leave. She is not only talented with hair but always upbeat and fun to be around. We always have great conversation and lots of laughs. I have used Candice for over 5 yrs and will only let her touch my hair. She does amazing work and I get compliments daily on my hair. Her natural colors are beautiful and her creativity with the vivid colors are awesome. I go in with a few ideas and let her have free rein knowing it will look amazing when I leave. She is not only talented with hair but always upbeat and fun to be around. We always have great conversation and lots of laughs. Critical: ProfessionalismThe one and only beautician makes appointments and always cancels. She cancels only 2 hours before the appointment not giving you time to find someone else. She had a new client that was taking longer than she allotted time for, so instead of staying to get my hair done she messaged me and wanted to reschedule. She has done this 3 times to me, just canceled with no sufficient notice and left me hanging in limbo looking terrible and not having enough time to find someone else. The owner is rude and they think they are a great place. I’m sorry but you and your salon won’t last doing business like you do. The one and only beautician makes appointments and always cancels. She cancels only 2 hours before the appointment not giving you time to find someone else.
