I came in with darker brown hair with a reddish tint, passed my shoulder length long. I showed Jacquie what I was looking for, she priced it out and made it happen for me! I got a Bob haircut (which she nailed), highlights and toner. Pricey, yes but totally worth it! I have a TON of hair that requires lots of product, so the price in my opinion was right and she did an amazing job! I wish I lived in the area so I can go back to her! I came in with darker brown hair with a reddish tint, passed my shoulder length long. I showed Jacquie what I was looking for, she priced it out and made it happen for me! I went in to get highlights and lowlights. The lady basically told me that it wouldn’t look good on my hair and then proceeded to charge me over $400 for something that I didn’t want in the first place. I also said I wanted to keep it all one length since that’s what I like and she insisted on layers and a trim. I ended up agreeing from the pressure. Now I have super choppy layers in the front and am going to have to get a hair cut and take a bunch of it off. I just wish that people would listen to what you want and not just do whatever they feel like. It’s your hair not your stylists.

Don’t go to Estilos! People will tell you it’s one of the best places in town and it has a reputation for being posh but the owner has terrible customer service and actually told me in the middle of my $50 haircut that she wasn’t going to cut it anymore when I asked her to frame it around my face a little bit more and make my layers more pronounced. I hadn’t even asked her before that to change anything! I just showed her a picture, she barely glanced at it, and then when she asked how I liked it, I asked for her to shorten my layers a little bit and make the framing a little more pronounced. She actually scolded me and told me she had already trimmed my hair before she washed it, trimmed it during washing it, and trimmed it when she was styling it (HER technique; I’ve never had anyone else do that before and didn’t ask her to do it that way) and said she wasn’t going to give me a “fourth haircut” by making my layers more pronounced. I had to go somewhere else and pay for someone to do more pronounced layers. I’ll never recommend Estilos!

I have gone to Zerah Webb for years, and she is the only person I will EVER let close to my hair. She is a miracle worker with color (especially blonde). She has taken my naturally dark brown mane, and transformed me into a platinum blonde bombshell. Her extension services (mine are fusion bond) are out of this world!

Zerah did an amazing job helping me get my hair back to it’s natural blonde, and I love it now. Super friendly and comfortable.10/10 for everything but 8/10 for price, you get what you pay for yes but you are paying quite a bit.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in on a Saturday as a New client.I figured a high end salon would be the best way to go get my hair done. I called ahead to schedule an appt. A woman had quoted Me 100 dollars to 150 at most after I explained my hair is almost to my bottom with previous color I wanted highlights/ biolage and cut. The Woman assured me It would be 150 dollars at the most. I went in on a Saturday and the woman I had went to I had never met. Her name was Jaquie? After i showed her my pictures. I told her i only brought 200 the lady had quoted me 100 to 150 at the most. She was complaining the entire time about the new salons ran by newly cosmologists and their business etc. Complaining. Then hurried to do my highlights/biolage. Washed my hair handed me a comb I asked for at least leave in conditioner? She said oh its enough?Then proceeded to send me to my own chair with a comb . After i tried to comb because she couldnt ask her client to give her a minute to comb my hair out, Instead of sending me to another chair and having me comb my poor hair with a comb. My hair again is almost to my butt now with deep teasing in my hair? No leave in conditioner? Or product??? I got up paid 200 dollars to Jaquie and she ran to the back to get a towel to cover my rats nest of hair and sent me home. My hair is fried chemically burnt and broken off. The thing is if you can’t do long hair don’t do it. Or id you don’t have enough time don’t do it or finish one client first before starting another. I do Not recommended this company at all. When I spoke to Owner she said she would have Jaquie call me? That she couldn’t do anything because the hair stylists pay booth rent. Critical: Quality, ValueI went in with shoulder length hair, wanted a specific haircut that would cut off 1/2 the length, and had a photo of a well-known actor with the desired cut. I left with a 2″ at the longest, choppy, butchered mess that looked like what the haircutter wore. Jackie had the gall to ask $50 for the beauty school quality ruin. I did what I could, but no gel, mousse, or spray would make my hair even somewhat resemble the desired haircut. After 5 days of covering my miserable haircut with a hat, I went to a barber and had the mess buzzed to 1/2″ long, so my hair didn’t look like a rodent chew toy. It will take me 8 months to grow my hair into the desired style. I went here about a month ago for little high lights (not much color) and a cut. I asked for 10 in off…. she cut off 15 and it was very choppy, not good layers. Then my “highlight” type color turned into the whole half of my head being this blonde, orange color!! It was not at all what I asked nor what the photo looked like (not even remotely close). When I told her I did not like it, she told me I could reschedule for a week to fix it. She had another client next so she did not style my hair after ruining it. When I asked if there was someone else available to fix my hair, the salon was going to charge me full amount to fix the color. My whole appointment took 5-6 hours (2 hours longer than what she told me). I walked out in tears.
