First time coming here and very disappointed. Asked for a balayage and a Trim with some longer layers. Didn’t get anything that I asked for. Both my husband and son couldn’t even tell I got my hair dyed because it looks no different then what I had before. It’s not well blended the ends are not very light the layers are very chopped and can see every cut. Took a good 3 hours and 200 dollars to end in disappointment and sadness. I brought up my concerns at the end of the appointment and was dismissed as if it didn’t matter. Will not be returning and I’d suggest anyone to go some place else. Hell I think I could have got better results from box die and my husband dying my hair then what I got here. The saddest part is I never do anything for myself and the one time I do I get this. First picture is what I wanted other picture is what I got. Please explain why this cost me 200 dollars.

I loved my experience as Estilo. Jasmine was amazing and cut my hair exactly how I wanted her to! The staff was so nice and created an amazing environment and I felt so confident in my new hairstyle when I left. I will 100% be back for my next haircut. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and treatment that you get. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great haircut!

She was very thorough with my consultation, asked appropriate questions and offered her expertise on what would be realistic for my hair type. Next, she was courteous of my budget and provided me with an estimate prior to starting. Additionally, throughout the entire appt she educated me on Aveda’s products and provided me with numerous recommendations.
