I haven’t had any sort of facial treatment before. The team made me feel very comfortable and made sure to explain each thing they did. Everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt very relaxed and excited about my treatment. I’m getting married this weekend so the team took special care to give me the best treatment possible to get ready for my special day. They also did a wonderful job explaining the best products for my skin type and gave me instructions on how to use those products that best fit my needs.

What a wonderful first-time visit with Amanda! She was so professional and friendly. I really appreciated her advice and suggestions for meeting my treatment goals. I felt that she was very honest, and she actually suggested doing less than I was thinking I needed. Due to her great technique and very adequate pre- numbing, the lip injections were pretty much pain- free. I had a much better experience than when I went elsewhere. I also found everyone else there to be so welcoming and friendly. I had a great experience and look forward to returning for more services.

Nurse JoJo is 100% the sweetest soul ever! She makes you feel so good and beautiful even before your treatment. She makes eye contact and makes you feel like a human being rather than a number which I have experienced at other medical spas. I had such an amazing experience at the Esthetic center with Jocelyn. I was extremely nervous because of the fact that I don’t like needles and haven’t my entire life. Jocelyn was so good at taking care of me through the process and really went above and beyond for me. My upper lip has always been asymmetrical but now they are perfect. I love them so much. I had a laser hair removal consultation with Jocelyn. She was great and explained the equipment they use and asked me questions and determined that I would be a good candidate. So I decided to get my first LHR treatment. Jocelyn was very reassuring and always asking if I was okay during the treatment. I am very happy with the service and the care and expertise from Jocelyn.
