She was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I talked to her on the phone she was so sweet and polite and asked if it was okay that her place was at her house, and I said yes. When my mom and sister git their she was extremely rude and racist, she seen that they were wearing a hijab and rudely said “we can cancel” which was very ride. My mom has phobia to animals and asked her to put the animals in the room and she said NO!

If I could give a minus stars I would at the lack of professionalism by Traci. I’ve never had a PROFESSIONAL esthetician cancel on me twice for various reasons. She additionally chose to try to change her terms regarding her services after I had already purchased a package. Would never use someone who handles customers this way. Would NOT recommend.
