While I am excited to support small businesses and provide review for excellent service, I cannot do this for this business. I followed the process for contacting the business (TEXT ONLY) to inquire about services, followed by email, and follow up text messages. All with no response. I proceeded to book a service with my credit card in lieu of purchasing a groupon that I would have used for one of the desired services and asked for someone to contact me. To no avail, I did not received a response. I went on the social media page this morning prior to my appointment to asked again for someone contact me to verify that this was an active business, and still with no response. After being concerned that I had given my credit card, I followed up with all orginal methods used to contact the business and asked that she remove my credit card and the business was not authorized to charge anything.
