Went to Irene for the first time and received my first facial and loved it. Irene was very professional, nice calming voice and her suite is very relaxing and clean. She gave me great advice and tips when it came to my skin and also gave me some goodies to take home to try to help with my acne struggles. She has true talent for examining your skin and knowing what exatly what cosmetic treatments you are in need of at that time. She examined my face and in detail examined my dryness and clogged pores areas that were in need of work. She focuses my time on my dry skin and clogged pores in certain areas with a facial that started my new facial regime and sat with me afterwards explaining the products I should be using and exactly when and how to use them in my daily life. She knows how busy my life can become on certain days and made the regimen easy and timely so I could get it done every day. I had also requested to have the dermaplaning and she could have done the service to make money being a new business, but explained to me she didn’t like the way the new blades she received worked and ask me to hold off so she could do it with better blades. That’s a true esthetician worried about your skin and look over making money. We waited until my next appointment a month later and she did a wonderful job. I have gone to her every month and she has done a different facial for my needs and performed micodermabrasion during my last appointment. She is so well versed in her talent she knows I have an anxiety issue with picking and attackedinv basically my cystic pimples and gave me options of keeping my hands busy during my anxiety so I stop destroying my face. Lol. She truly cares about her results and makes sure I have all the products needed at home at an amazing price that won’t cost an arm and a leg. I highly recommend her services and her down to earth attitude and warm personality has you leaving there relaxed and rejuvenated. She will be my esthetician forever and I even drive 45 minutes to see her as her talents are on point.
