Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI have been going to Ilse for the last 10 years. Every time I have a facial from her I receive a compliment on my skin after. I wish I could go daily :-). She is extremely knowledgeable about what my skin needs and tailors each facial based on what she sees necessary. The products she carries are the only ones I’ve ever bought from a spa more than once -because they are effective. She has a welcoming and calm personality that makes me feel instantly relaxed when I walk in the door. Oh – and given current covid concerns – it is very reassuring knowing she isn’t in a big spa. I have been with Ilse for over 15 years. She is a master at her trade, she knows you and your skin so well, making a recommendation for what treatment you should have. She has a good variety of services which allow for different types of skin and also what you need today, you may not need in a few years. Ilse can adapt for you. The part that’s the most important, Ilse never tells me I need a service or a product that I do not need. I have even ASKED for certain products b/c I felt I needed them and Ilse was very honest that I do. That is one of the things I appreciate most in a business.
