What a load of garbage. This company is absolutely horrendous. Been loyal and well tipping customers for about 10 years. The other day I had made an appointment for my mother to get her acrylics off and the lady was so rough. Basically ripped them off along w her real nails. My mother told the lady working that she was hurting her and she was too impatient to handle her nails w care. Three weeks later, her nails are not only black and blue-paining, but they are still growing back. Never going back ever again. If there was a negative billionth rating, esthetic nails would be it. Congrats Esthetic Nails, you have lost some very loyal customers you load of garbage.I am furious. Absolutely furious!

My mom has been going to this salon for years so I finally decided to give it a try. I go to Emmy and shes incredible!! I’m always giving her different fun designs and she’s happy to do them, extremely patient and meticulous and my nails always come out absolutely perfect, I get compliments on them constantly!! Definitely recommend 🙂

I’ve always made an appointment and would still have to wait an hour – I get that things happen sometimes, but this happened on numerous occasions and I would end up spending hours there just to get a manicure. Meanwhile, would see other people come in for their appointments and get taken care of right away. Unless you have hours to waste, I’d go elsewhere.

I have been coming to this nail salon for a long time and lately disappointed. I asked the lady (4th seat) to remove a broken tip and when she removed it in a rush, careless poked me so hard and was bleeding and not even sorry or anything. For one hour that was there was in pain and still next day my nail still hurts hopefully won’t get an infection. Previously i had the same experience with the male person. I don’t like to complain but they torture you always rushing and don’t even apologize. I am not sure if i will be returning.

Critical: ProfessionalismWent here for the first time and they did a great job on my daughters acrylics. I got a gel manicure and they chipped within 5 days. I went back for a pedicure that I scheduled online which was advertised for $20. When I showed up the woman told me she didn’t see my appointment because the online service doesn’t always work! (Not my fault) then when I showed her my confirmation she immediately said that a pedicure is $24 the online prices are all wrong! I got the pedicure anyway, but she tried to then sell me a “spa” pedicure. My other daughter also came and had a basic manicure done. She got the worst polish job i asked them to repaint one nail which they just globbed more polish on top! I will not be returning here. The woman who I’m assuming was the owner was so nasty to her other employees as well. I recently went to Esthetic Nails for the first time and it will be my last. I wanted to get my gels off and a regular manicure (I didn’t want my gels anymore). It look over 45 minutes to get my old gels off compared to the 20 minutes it takes anywhere else I have been. Also, I was not told until the process of taking my gels off that they charge for that on top of the manicure (which is not written on their price list). That is something that you need to tell the customer right away since the other 2 nail places I go to do not charge for that. I didn’t even stay for the manicure. When I left and gave a tip to the women who took my gels off, she was so cold and seemed mad I wanted to leave. If you start a new business, you need to be kind to people and make them WANT to come back and feel comfortable. Unfortunately, my friends and I will never come back here.
