Diane is knowledgeable, meticulous, friendly and professional. Her office is welcoming, super clean, sanitary and very chic. Diane never pushes products and gives her honest and professional opinion. I never worry about looking unnatural or receiving a service that doesn’t suit my needs. Diane cares more about her reputation and the outcome of her work than the amount of money she could make from you. She will tell you if you don’t need something or if a treatment wouldn’t benefit you instead of doing it just to collect the money. Diane is a true artist and I believe she treats her clients as she would want someone to treat her. My experience at Esthetic Finesse is always a pleasurable, 5 star one and I always leave feeling fabulous. She follows up, every time, two weeks later to make sure healing went as expected. I would recommend her to anyone at anytime and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face.
