Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueRUN!!!!!!! Esther is Mean and nasty and rude. The Asian man walks around yelling he is the boss. I am the owner. They do not disinfect the foot soak tubes or utensils. Oh the plastic that hangs between chairs are filthy! I realize that nail salons come a dime a dozen. First time there. Very friendly, clean, walked right in and was able to get a gel manicure right away. However, there was a quality issue with the nail polish itself. The technician noticed me looking closely at them when she finished and instead of re-doing them, she simply put another clear coat on top. It still doesn’t look right & not happy with the way it came out – I didn’t want to put up a fight about it, though, so I just left. There may be some other factor in why the finish dried strangely but I’d have to go back a second time to see if that’s the case.

Forced us to pay with cash and claimed tha my polish was three dollars more because it dried faster. There is nothing said about that on the board. Also had my daughter soaking her fingers for 15 minutes. Then gave a lecture about pulling gel off and I explained that it fell off I didn’t pull it. She urged me to get gel and I had to tell her many times no. Usually this is a good place but today was terrible.

Esters is great place! Owners and staff are amazing! Friendly, Conscience and very appreciative of their clients. It is immaculately clean. I have been going their since it was taken over by the previous owners. I went to them for more than 15 years.
