Called to set up an appointment for my daughter, she was very short and with me. I literally started the conversation off with “is this Esther’s braiding salon?” because nobody said anything. She asked what style I was looking for, I responded with “just simple lemonade braids” she said she “doesn’t do feed in’s” as if lemonade braids were a deal breaker. (which I never mentioned getting. I’m white, not uncultured). She said she’d text me the address and abruptly hung up on me. The phone call alone was unprofessional enough to not go at all. Later, I received a second text from her: “Next time you don’t want to come call to cancel”. How about next time be more professional and you wouldn’t have to worry about a cancel. ✌

My daughter in law went last week to get her hair done an her hair was beautiful ..so to the person that said she don’t do good hair braiding , they lied totally an for her price it’ was reasonable….so I say go to her she is on point .thanks Esther

I had a bad bob hair style. My ends were scratching my neck after the first day braids start falling out and coming loose. I called and let her know I wasn’t satified she said she would come back over the next day but, after I called and said it would late and dhe was tired. The next day she came I told her I did not like the way my hair was looking just take it down and give me 4 braids and a bun. She said nothing wrong with your hair I went to target to buy the right lighter to fix your hair. My worries now she have this lighter and I’m afraid that my real hair will get burn off or cut. So she finally start cutting off the ends of braids to take down my hair. When she finish she packed up and proceeded out my door. Mind you I paid 135.00 for my hair. I asked her was she coming back to do my hair she told me not today. I told her I was going out of town tomorrow she went around the corner to Sally’s and brought 2 bags of hair. Mind you I asked for 4 braids and a bun. She made6 little skinny braids and twist the end. She did not put any gel in my hair nor did she make straight lines for my braid? She did not even trim the excessive hair and I paid her 135.00 for a possible 5 day due. Run from her you definitely will be disappointed.
