Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came here for the first time a couple days ago. I explained to her that i wanted only a trim. one inch off. She started off fine until she answers a call from her private phone and continues to cut my hair. she took all my hair at the top of my head and unevenly cut off over 5 inches off. I came here for the first time a couple days ago. I explained to her that i wanted only a trim. one inch off. She started off fine until she answers a call from her private phone and continues to cut my hair. she took all my hair at the top of my head and unevenly cut off over 5 inches off. I told her that is not what i wanted and she yelled at me and said i was wrong. never going there again. thanks carmen for making me wait a whole year to get my hair back. worst experience I’ve ever had.

Called in early to check if it was busy, told I was going to have to wait when I went in. Came in, didn’t really have a wait. And the cut looks good. It was a little bit of an inconvenience that I didn’t speak Spanish and my barber on spoke Spanish. But we were able to get past it and it turned out great. I would recommend it.

Its ok… people around my town rave about it. They do not greet you with a friendly atmosphere but seem a burden to them. I sat for 20 minutes awkwardly before they finally asked if I was there for a haircut…. just think about it… duhh. The staff is always so chatty and talking they literally drag it. You need up to 1 hour and half because it takes FOREVER ! I had 3 cuts in total and was pleased with the first 2 but recently got one and lady chopped my hair up so bad that I will not go back , luckily I wear a hat at work for now to hide this massacre of a cut. Better to go down the street where the ladies greet you fast, give you a quote of how long till your next and do not take 1.5 hours for a haircut. This salon is overrated with a lot of help in the service part. Yeah , they can cut hairs but they do not know service.

INCREDIBLE!! My son has extremely tight thick curly hair. He was nervous and the staff was so accommodating and friendly! Amazing people, prices and we will now be communicating from Madison for ever haircut!!
