This place used to be my go-to when it comes to hair coloring, I’ve been a client for almost 3 years and my hair stylist Karla has always done an amazing job and her prices are very good (ranging from $150-$190). However, this last appointment I had was disappointing, Karla was not in town so I decided to book with a different stylist. I was charged $275 plus a $25 tip for a balayage that looks almost the same as what my hair looked like when I came in, I thought it was overpriced but didn’t think much of it. When I got home I realized I had hair dye all over my forehead and on the sides of my face. Absolutely not worth $300 and very unprofessional. Needless to say I will not be coming back

I will not return to this hair salon. The hairstylist did not get my color right to what I wanted, after I showed a picture of how I wanted it & told her the color. She had to try to correct it, my head was burning, I just wanted it to be done. I was definitely overcharged! Balayage
