I feel so bad for giving 1⭐ because almost every one there are super nice people and they do an amazing job but almost every time I go there, there’s an old lady from south America and she’s so rude to all of us every time, first of all she doesn’t do the hair the way you asked her and second she doesn’t let you explain, she’s always interrupting me when I’m trying to explain and she seems so upset all the time that she sounds agresive when she’s talking to you. I love every one else there and I’ve been going for almost 2 year’s but my little one looks terrifide when she has to cut his hair and I don’t know how to tell someone in there because since the woman that owns this place is from south America too, I’m afraid they are related and she won’t do anything about it.

DONT GO THERE IN THE AM , there was an older lady there and dude worst costumer service ever. I showed her a picture of what I want for my son and she cut most of his hair off !!! I’m literally about to cry cause it so ugly!!! She was so aggressive with my son that she started to squirm!! He loves getting hair but after this we are not going back !!!!

David did a very good job on my kids haircut. I’ve been to other places and they always do what they want to my kid. Yes he is only 5 years old. But he doesn’t move while cutting his hair so they cannot blame him for a bad haircut. Like oh he moved and I messed up. For the first time I loved how his hair cut ended up. Gracias David

Different stylists and barbers with different specialties. I’ve had my hair cut by the owner, Nelsy, Becky, Alfredo, Ruben, Dacia, and a couple other women whose name I can’t remember. I’ve like the work Nelsy, Ruben and Becky have done. Dacia has by far been the worst. You may have to wait a while. The owner seems to be really materialistic and is always talking about how much money she spent on cars, shoes, her house etc. It can get annoying. One thing though, if I had children, I would think twice before I brought them here, the stylists can sometimes be really vulgar and talk about inappropriate things. The talk can feel like you’re at a bar rather than a salon.

Nancy said she understood what color i wanted my hair. Clearly she didn’t. My hair came out reddish brown not foiled shades of blonde. She ruined it then when i ask what color she used. She got rude and offensive, wouldnt say. Did not offer to fix it. She should stick to razor cuts for men.
