Critical: QualityDo not recommend- I went and go a simply haircut and blow out- my hair was BUTCHERED by Donna …I had to make an appointment the next day at a different salon because of how awful it looked- everyone I showed my hair to was shocked at how horrible it came out…I needed simply long bangs …they are short to right below my nose (the picture showed them starting at my chin) and she made them way to thick! Found a Groupon for a full highlight , cut, and style that was very affordable. Usually I am weary about trying new places but decided to give Estetica salon a try. Jennifer did an AMAZING job on my hair and was super nice and accommodating! Definitely coming back!

Have never left a hair salon happier and LESS anxious or dirty-feeling. I’m always somehow dissatisfied one way or another with color and cuts but they picked the PERFECT hue to blend my old highlights with my base color and didn’t cut a millimeter more off than I had requested. Everyone there is super friendly as well. My hair is so long that washing in the sinks is usually a struggle and massive neck strain but the ladies were so patient and accommodating I would even have called myself comfortable.

I used my Groupon coupon as a new customer. Though there was a problem with time scheduling due to a customer’s misrepresentation of hair length, the staff was warm friendly and easily compensated for the gap. My hair was colored, conditioned and blow dried with expertise!. I’m definitely going to visit this Salon again.
