I took my two daughters here and asked for a straight cut for my one daughter. The lady proceeded to cut a huge chunk of her hair out and then straightened it (didn’t ask for this and was charged extra for it). After straightening it, she took an ELECTRIC razor and hacked away at it. When she was done it was so uneven but I didn’t want her to touch it anymore so I let it go. The other daughter fared slightly better when I demanded she use scissors to cut her hair. I have been here before but went to a different stylist. I will never go back here and would not recommend it to anyone. I’m going to have to let my daughter’s hair grow and then take her elsewhere to even it out.

Went in to a completely empty salon. Then after about 5 min waiting for someone to come up front to speak with me. I rang the bell on the door again a saw a woman walk through the back hallway and look over at me, but she kept waking. I washed another 2 min the started speaking. Said hello several times so that someone could hear me, while being sure not to shout or sound aggravated. Finally the same woman reappeared. When I asked if they take walk-ins, because that’s what they’re info says. She told me NO, not right now we are really busy. Mind u it was a completely empty salon. I just need a 10 min trim. Bottom line is if you need to be a walk-in this place is not for you. The owner was rude and dismissive

Clean, inexpensive, and efficient, this salon was able to accommodate me for a fast hair cut. The stylist did a wonderful job. This is especially true because it was the first time she cut my hair. I will go back.

We have found this salon in the neighborhood of our vacation place. It was the first time I had anyone work on me for at least 26 yrs.so you can imagine I was a little nervous, but there are very experienced hairdressers here. I had never experienced a rinsing station where you lie down. Their process is luxurious and rejuvenating. You can also schedule services online and you get a reminder via Email. I look forward to continued service at this salon. My husband gets his haircut while my dye sets. He likes it too!

I am so disappointed with this place. I really wanted to love it, but it was terrible. They forgot my booking, made me wait a half hour, changed the price, whipped me in the eye with my hair, and said “what the hell?” while trying to cut my hair.

I only really needed a quick touch-up because I am growing out a pixie cut, so I went to this salon without much thought. Booked an appointment online, very easy process. Aubrey cut my hair, she was kind and obviously knew what she was doing. She gave me some good advice about when I should get another hair cut to keep it looking good during those awkward growing-out stages. I don’t really chat while getting my hair cut and I’ve gotten some no-harm-meant snarky comments about that before, and was really glad that didn’t happen to me here! :^)
