I did not have the experience I was hoping for after not having my nails done for 10+ years. The good thing is they have a 2 week guarantee, I went back one week later to have my nail shape and polish fixed. My tech did a little bit of a better job by “fixing” the shape of my horrific thumb and painted over the matte black with a shiny polish. (Pictures are before having anything fixed) The shiny polish did not last more than 2 days when it started to peel revealing the matte color again. I tried sticking it out but after 2 weeks my nails started to pull up so I removed the nails myself.

I normally come here when I want high quality nail art but that is not what I got. I showed the technician a photo for reference but said I would but happy with anything. I wasn’t happy with the design and when they were done I simply asked for them to be fixed in some way. Whatever was easiest for them. I was told I needed to pay to get my nails fixed. I understand as to why but the way it was handled was unacceptable. They acted as if it was such an inconvenience. Not sure why their management would want me to walk out of the salon with these nails….

I usually go to this nail salon because it’s located near my apartment. I always request Jay for pedicures and Kathy for my nails. Well, Jay has been out for a minute so I allowed any technician to work on my feet because I didn’t want to put up a fuss. My Gel pedicure was TERRIBLE! It’s been a week and I still have gel polish around my cuticles – now let’s talk about these cuticles… He trimmed them towards the END of my pedi, so my cuticles look bad. I didn’t want to come off combative so I allowed my bf to pay for the service hoping the polish would peel from around my toes over time. But as I look at my toes right NOW (a week later), the polish is completely stripped from one toe and he didn’t evenly shape my nails properly. I’m disappointed in Estelle Nail Spa and I’m dreading that Jay is currently not available. Kathy is awesome – however, you may want to confirm your service because they often go adding services (my nails are coffin shaped from a previous nail service. I was charged $5 for a shape that my natural nails already were). I’m giving a three stars for INCONSISTENCY and for me having to direct the tech to even my nails instead of him taking the initiative to give a quality pedicure for a quality price.

I brought my mother here to do a pedicure and they did a wonderful job. Josie did her pedicure and she was very kind and attentive and my mother really enjoyed it. I will definitely be back with her again. The service is terrific and they do great pedicures. Highly recommend. Pedicure
