Critical: PunctualityI made an appointment with the owner. She showed up 1 hour and 20 minutes late. When she got there she did not apologize for being late. Not even thanks for waiting. This was my first going to this salon and they were not friendly and I did not feel comfortable at all. To make matters worse she told someone else to do my highlights. Not the person I had the appt. with. Then when she started to do a root color it started to burn my scalp. I told her but she didn’t seem to care. All she said was did you wash your hair today? Then when she was blow drying my hair she burned both my ears. She didn’t even say sorry. She knew it hurt cause I moved. When my hair was finally done it came out terrible.
