Critical: QualityConnie is a sweetheart and extremely professional. I am leaving 2 stars for the lack of knowledge for how to care for and treat my skin. I hope this helps someone else. I booked a service for derma-planing and a facial. Hoping for great results pairing the 2! Connie wanted to do extractions, I trusted her expertise. My skin was clear before I received services- I only had 2 small scars from acne bumps. I left with a face full of red cysts and whiteheads due to having extractions done. Which were not needed, whatever issues I had were dormant and did not need to be forcefully awakened. The skin and body have a way of doing things in perfect timing. She also insured me that all would be well the next day-I knew that wasn’t true but again due to lack of knowledge for how to care for and treat my skin that is the information that I was giving. Things are getting worse by the day. Do not let anyone do extractions/pick/poke at the skin. Facial services should be gentle and soothing.UPDATE!!Over a week later and my skin is STILL getting worse by the day! I cry every single day at the condition of my skin. SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING OR TALKING ABOUT! It will be months before my skin is back to normal if it ever reverts back!DO NOT TRUST HER!Connie is a sweetheart and extremely professional.
