Critical: Quality, ValueLiterally the worst place for nails. They didn’t even bother using acetone to take off previous gel just file! And they couldn’t even do that- hence why my previous color was showing underneath. Seriously! And then the French tip was a mess not even done to the sides of the whole nail and built up gel at the corners where it will immediately start to peel. All the women in my family love going to Estee Anne. Cal for appointment and they always take you on time. Friendly owner and very friendly staff. This place is kept very clean. Comfortable place to go relax and get your nails tended too. Lots of polish to choose from.

My first and last visit to Estee Ann Nails in Fort Lee. I called to see if they did Powder Gel and had Estee colors. He said yes. I arrived to find that they DO NOT have Estee powder Gel. that was the first disappointment in not having my color. I then picked a color from what they had. While they were attempting to apply I mentioned it did not look like the right color. Of course it WAS NOT>. The number on the bottle matched the number in the book but the color was different. The last was the person that did the application was horrible. The end result is awful with bumpy nails. She clearly did not know how to apply the powder gel. It was an awful experience.

I went in on Saturday the 14th. I’m new to the fort lee area and since I was just at the pharmacy a few doors down I took advantage to get a gel manicure. I walked in with an elder lady who was definitely a regular. She wanted a polish change. I asked if I can get a gel manicure. Mimi sat me in her chair and started picking at my cuticles right away. Not the normal service I’m used to in my normal NY salon but I didn’t question it. I look over to the elder lady and noticed she was getting her hands soaked in soapy water – odd for just a polish change. My nails were completed in about 15 minutes as Im waiting for my gel top coat another woman walks in for a manicure – she was asked if she wanted gel but the woman refused. She was seated and again her hands were in soapy water. $35 dollars later ($30 gel manicure plus $5 tip) I walked out semi displeased with my service and I felt discriminated against but over all my nails looked good. Today the 17th (3 days later) 3 of my nails have chipped – so not worth it. I rather cross into the city.
