Brought my son there for the 3rd time and tried so hard to give them a chance but after 2 times cutting his hair uneven 2 days ago they chopped his hair off after I explicitly asked them not to. My poor son has been growing his hair for a year now and the guy ignored what I asked and chopped it all off! And gave him a horrible hair cut! My son is still crying . . Try listening to what your customers ask you. I have heard a few others complain of the same issue
