I was excited to try this new place. They have been open for about 6 months now. The reviews were pretty good and I love the pictures that were advertised on Google. I did not have an appointment and I brought my husband with me which was his first time. He had a good experience with his pedicure and his technician. The gal who did my nails I can’t say the same. The last time I had my nails done, they did acrylic which I forgot damages my nails severely. So I wanted them taken off and put a new set on, but I told the technician I did not want the same. I forgot I usually do dip, but was asking for her advice and she said something about powder so I thought it was going to be something similar to dip, but she ended up putting acrylic back on. If I was going to just do acrylic I would have left them on and just filled them in. And I had two finger designs. So my nails came out costing me $63 for something that I didn’t even want and on top of that the underneath was so dirty she did not have me go clean my nails afterwards, which by the way when I was finished with my pedicure I went over there to wash my hands and they only had one nail scrubber which was not even in disinfectant It was just laying on top of the sink area. I work in the industry, not in nails but disinfecting is a big thing. The technician who did my pedicure was good, my big negative and pet peeve is not being listened to and cleanliness. I will not be coming back.

This was my first time here and I came in for a fill. I’ve been going to another salon in the area and I’m just never really happy when I leave because I feel like I always have to fix their work. I was finally sick of doing that so I gave this place a try. I was actually really surprised that they did not rush through the services. Some of the other salons in the area are pushing people through as quickly as possible but my nail tech did a great job. Her attention to detail was not something I typically see when getting my nails done. I literally did not have to fix a single thing after I left. Will definitely be back!

It was my first time here as I just moved into the area.. Love my full set and pedicure. The pedicure lacked an actual scrubbing of the heels as I only got maybe 2 passes of the little yellow pad which did nothing to smooth it out and I missed out on a good massage. Maybe I will request someone different next time for the pedicure, but the polish job was good. My previous salon offered a variety of drinks including vietnamese iced coffee, wine, champagne, water, soda, ice cream,candy, etc.. this place I had to ask and was offered coke so I accepted and received a diet coke, no biggie.. I’d prefer quality over beverages anyhow.

I made an appointment with one of the nail tech and when I got there they told me that she called out. Why didn’t they call and let me know? I ended up having to wait and got Diane and she does not care for your nails whatsoever and felt like being rush and rough. The gel color was still around my actual nail and the cuticle (see pic). No oil at the end nor lotion. She just told me to go wash my hand and walked away to another customer. Horrible service. Don’t go to Diane!! Not trying anyone new anymore. If you find a good nail tech, do your best to stick with her!

I tried to like this nail salon, I really did but I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the services that I’ve received at this nail salon. I’ve had acrylics done here, messy underneath nails (like photos in others reviews), not impressed with gel pedicures & always ask for short, trimmed nails and they seem to only trim a few to make the nail length look even????

Today was my first visit to Esta and I just simply could not be happier! My service by Dana was beyond excellent! She did an exceptional job on my new full set. My nails look amazing, her personality was awesome and warm, the business is so very clean, and the entire team to manage this busy Saturday crowd with expertise! And my pedicure was great too, I just didn’t get her name. But when I remarked to Dana how glad I was to get her on first visit, she responded by saying all of the technicians are awesome. ( I loved that!)

Save your time go to Paris nails instead! Both are new in Menifee! Only 5 mins away too. My second time here and they never put the epson salt in the water even though they charge for it for a pedicure. The massage is always going up and down your legs never the feet. They always manage to give me pain when cleaning my toes. (Sticking me with tools). Second time I go for a manicure as well, as they both do my feet and hand she continually asked for me to pick my color as she has my hands and the nail color options are in my lap. She continually ask rudely as I tell her when my hands are free I would love to pick my colors out. Asking for her opinion on color for reference photo think she would be nice in the experience no just looked at me. Love my design but not worth the service.Rude service always! They have a huge menu For pedicures and that’s the attraction but then never put the epson salt so why would I pay? Over all staying with Paris nails been there twice super nice!
