Positive: CleanlinessI was a walk in. Very nice staff. Unfortunately the lady helping me didn’t speak very good English. I was under the impression it was cash only so I left to go to get cash from the atm. I also asked the price for the regular pedicure and gel manicure. I was told one price and charge another. I had to take a star away for that. Other than that I had a relaxing pleasurable experience and was completely satisfied with the service. The lady at the front desk stepped out to get something to eat so I understood. I was a walk in. Very nice staff. Unfortunately the lady helping me didn’t speak very good English. I was under the impression it was cash only so I left to go to get cash from the atm. I also asked the price for the regular pedicure and gel manicure. I was told one price and charge another. I had to take a star away for that. Other than that I had a relaxing pleasurable experience and was completely satisfied with the service. The lady at the front desk stepped out to get something to eat so I understood. I will definitely return, as I love the precautions, friendly atmosphere and service received.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy friend and I went for Manicure’s and pedicures and when we sat down the young lady began doing my manicure she received a phone call she took the call she spoke for a few moments while still cutting my cuticles and she hung up the phone she asked me to go wash my hands and when I return to her table my acutical was bleeding she asked if she could put this gel on that is supposed to prevent infections but she only spoke Spanish when I asked for assistance I told them I only wanted alcohol I did not know what that chemical was that they were trying to put on an open wound. The young lady still wanted to complete the manicure I got up from her table walked over and asked to have my pedicure done cure done all the while my finger is still bleeding where she cut the cuticle it’s cuticle the whole time that I’m sitting getting the pedicure done my finger is still bleeding one lady eventually comes over to try to assist me and to give me a band-aid they are in turn speaking Spanish and no 1 was assisting me I proceeded to leave the establishment Unsatisfied. I asked to speak to the owner I never received a call. My friend and I went for Manicure’s and pedicures and when we sat down the young lady began doing my manicure she received a phone call she took the call she spoke for a few moments while still cutting my cuticles and she hung up the phone she asked me to go wash my hands and when I return to her table my acutical was bleeding she asked if she could put this gel on that is supposed to prevent infections but she only spoke Spanish when I asked for assistance I told them I only wanted alcohol I did not know what that chemical was that they were trying to put on an open wound.
