My friend and I went today for pedicures & a set of dip nails. We called ahead and asked about pricing and we’re told $27 for a pedicure and $45 for a set of nails with removal and a longer tip. We were charged $32 for the pedicures & $50 for the nails (I didn’t need removal or a tip but we were charged the same price). When asked for the breakdown because the total was $60 more than we’d intended to spend, we were told that polish costs extra outside of the services.

This place is horrible they way they do nails is so unprofessional. I had to come back to this place 3 times in 1 week. They charge you an extra $20 for gel polish that will crack in 1 day. On the 3rd time going back for them to fix they tell me it will be a long wait. Meaning they don’t want yo fix there mistakes. Please don’t go to this nail shop they are horrible at what they do and their polish is cheap.

This was the first nail shop I visited since I moved here. I liked what they did, attention to detail around the cuticle, shape, etc. I had a fill completed which lasted 1 month, with no cracks, chips, lifts or break offs. I visited a competitor in the area and within 3 weeks I had all of the above issues. So two days ago I went back to this location. Once again. I will say I am pleased. I am looking forward to the same type of results (no lifting breaking, chips or cracking)… so I will update the post over the next few weeks to provide and update. Keep in mind this picture is a fill to previous work and they are an overlay to my real nails.

By far the worst experience i have ever had getting a pedicure. Even though i chose the upgraded $37 pedicure, it was mediocre and i was i had just done regular. The lady cut my cuticles and it hurt on half of my toes. She didnt say a word the whole time. I requested a french tip pedicure, and when she took my old gel polish off that was burnt orange, she left several spots of orange which would have been visible through the clear area of the french tip. Thankfully the lady who came over to finish the polish noticed and fixed it. If she hadnt i would have said something. They did one base coat, one coat of white tip color, then one coat of top coat. I have never been somewhere who did the absolute bare minimum. I will not be coming back.

I got a full set and my friend got a manicure. My nails are extremely uneven in length and color. The excess acrylics are still under my nails and somewhat attached on a few fingers. My friend’s finger is bleeding from it. They guy who did mine was rude to us the whole time as well. I’ve gotten my nails done before more than enough times to know there are far better places.
