Confused as to why a new client would have to pay more than an established client? Wouldn’t you want to offer new clients a special deal to keep them coming back? I’m not impressed even with all of the reviews. Looking for a wax around Madison, other places even offer first wax free and don’t charge over 60 bucks to get it. I don’t care how great the wax is here, this definitely turns me away from the place.

Best place to be waxed. Suzie is phenomenal. She is kind, funny, comfortable, personable, and she is the best at waxing in the business. I truly enjoy seeing her, she could be my therapist . I always feel terrific when I leave. Brazilian wasn’t even painful. You’ll never want to go anywhere else!

I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my waxing. Every time, it is perfect! She is quick and professional, and it is always sanitary. I live in the Chicago area and I still drive back to Middleton to see Suzie. I highly recommend Essex Waxing Salon & Spa!
