First time at the salon today! Bethany and the ladies were great. Lots of laughs! The place is clean, bright and nicely decorated. I felt right at home and got a better cut than I expected! I loved it here she gave me exactly what I wanted from a picture I gave her and cut it very versatile so I could wear it on either side. Beth really took the time to ask questions about how long I spent on my hair daily and w the color asked me how I wanted the bleach in foils or just bleach the whole front of my hair. The salon has such a great atmosphere.

I recently visited Essex Street Salon for the first time and had an amazing experience with Bethany. I wanted to go a few shades lighter than my current dark blonde and the color came out beautiful but… when I got home I realized it was just too drastic of a change for me. Bethany had me come in the next day and she dyed it two more times until it was perfect. She assured me it was no trouble and that she would never let a customer leave until they loved their hair. I really appreciated her taking the time out of her busy schedule; she really went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back!
