It truly pains me to write this as I have always had great experiences with Ashley. Unfortunately I have not stopped crying since my eyebrow waxing appointment and cannot stand to look at myself in the mirror. I have been growing my eyebrows in for the past decade due to a terrible waxing experience and I am now starting the whole process over again. Not only are my eyebrows almost completely waxed off, they were taken too far in and are completely uneven. I understand eyebrows are “not twins, but sisters” but mine look like distant cousins. Please ask your clients what they are looking for before you start the process! This is the first time I was not asked before applying wax. I could not bring myself to say anything at the appointment due to shear shock.
